The students did complain about how boring it was to go anywhere and to do anything without plugged into music on their MP3 players, and many commented that it was almost impossible to avoid tv's on in the background at all times, but what they spoke in the strongest terms was how there lack of access to text messaging, phone calling, Facebook meant that the could'nt connect with their friends close by much less those far away. Hello everybody, i Rini sharma will take your attention to the most burning and happening topic 'Students addiction to social media'. As we all know social media is a way of social interaction between people, organisations and communities. But for students top social networking sites are Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Myspace and the most famous anroid app What's app attracts students attention towards its different ways of interacting people.Facebook was the universal social destination for students with 96% respondents using it. Oh!! finally after 71 clicks i got a perfect profile picture for me. but what?? I got only 2 likes. Am i so ugly?? i got 102 likes for my last profile picture and 86 good comments on it. I think i should change this one. The more you get likes, the more curiosity occurs to post more photos. Commenting on our friends photos, sending friends requests, poking people all this stupid stuff they do on facebook , which is really nonsense. Now- a- days most of the time students are busy reading tweets, sending messages and joke videos on what's app, this not only affects their studies but also their health too. Some students are so involved in social media that they like to share each and every thing on social sites. When they get up in the morning, they put the status first. We can also say that facebook is like a refrigerator because every few minutes people keep opening and closing it to see something good in it. Advantages are that we can get connected to all our friends , old and new , at one place . But with the continuous use of it can increase their stress level , it disturbs their sleeping habits, their eyesight may get affected and many more. So, i may conclude that everything is good and useful until it is used in a limit, taking anything for granted will always harm you . So , as being a student a request all of you to use latest technology and social network but in a useful way and in a limited time. Someone has rightly said- " Any negotiation has a limit, otherwise war is irrelevant"
